That Victoria is spinning off their African properties. It makes them a prime takeover candidate. Kinross wouldn't hesitate to buy their Nevada properties. They bought out Underworld in the Yukon recently. Their policy seems to be to concentrate in a few geographic regions right now (Russian acquisition) and logically would be looking to take out Victoria (Dublin Gulch, Yukon) or Atac (satellite properties around Underworld's , and their own interesting find "Rau") next. Of course, Kinross already owns part of Victoria.
