IMO there is no reason to believe Rove in any way .... the deceptions during that administration were enormous and a plan to invade Iraq to protect access to perhaps as large reserves as Saudi Arabia was the real motivation in any case ... Cheney was probably the biggest beneficiary worldwide and there is much more credibility in the writings of Linda McQuaig in her book Its the Crude Dude, then 1000 Roves.
