AOT Ascot on the move,any thoughts?

Noticed AOT moved in VECTOR VEST'S Top 100 Stock list tonight out of top list of 3041 Canadian stocks.

They rate it as a Value of 59 cents at the moment and.. a BUY!

Notice in October / 09 it was 90 cents a share.
