Crisis expert says China's boom to end soon
How do u think the rise of the Yuan would impact the value of the US dollar when it happens ? Am i wrong to consider it would reduce the value of the debt owed to China in real dollar value ? while supporting US bonds auction . Is it possible that raising interest rates in China would move further the need for a US rise of it's benchmark interest rates .
Earlier this week a China official said China would support the US dollar strenght this year as the govt. raised it's lending rates to banks and issued stricter rules on lending .
Fed' Bullard was in China this week commenting on US economic recovery it appears to me we are witnessing an increasing coordination between China and US economic coordination due to the large stakes China has in the US dollar as well as it's interest in seeing the US recovery sustained in order to maintain it's export to the US .
If China's growth were to slow down to 5 or 6% while US growth were to to be in the 2 to 3% range how do think it would affect precious metal and commodity prices ?
If you care to look at your crystall ball to debate those questions i'd be happy to read your answers .
Regards !
