No doubt we're having an effect on the planet, but that's to be expected since we're part of the planet. Earth is a dynamic system that took billions of years to evolve. That process hasn't stopped just because we showed up. Anyone seen any dinosaurs lately? Not since Raquel Welch walked the land in a fur bikini, right? And that was one million years ago! Things were better back then, but you don't hear people whining about it today. People tend to deal with what's in front of them, and if the world is covered in ice, they'll just get on with building ice cities and figuring out new ways of staying warm. Or if the earth heats up, we'll just wear fewer clothes and there'll be more foxy babes in fur bikinis to check out - like in the old days, but even better, since you won't have dinosaurs to contend with.

So what's the problem? I don't really see it.
