Digger talks about LSG-T ...

I believe that it is important to review the latest Lakeshore Gold, LSG-T, data that was presented to us. The slide presentation at the Scotia Capital Precious Metals Conference 2009 revealed some drilling targets, namely slide 9 and 10. It is very difficult to identify the targets due to poor illustrations but I do have some comments.

There are most definitely at least four wedge holes out of TC09-73 which is no surprise, this hole was drilled directly under TC09-68, the chances of success are relatively high. TC09-73A....TC09-73B....TC09-73C have been completed, while TC09-73D is still in progress. This might explain the delay...TC09-73D is the closest target zone to TC09-68B which came back with the most amazing results to date! As I have mentioned in the past, they are most definitely attempting to pick up the Thunder Creek Shoots, composed of seven separate zones!

It is important to note that they have once again entered TC09-69 and have drilled an additional wedge hole from it, namely TC09-69B. I feel that this is important for a number of reasons. One, could be that they are trying hard to pick up the Thunder Creek Shoots from this location due to it's proximity to the high grade hits. Second, they would like to have some positive assay results for us to keep the wolves at bay.

Also. I believe it is important to note that they have tightened up and have traced back closer to the major discovery zone, TC09-68B. This is demonstrated by the location of TC09-77....TC09-77A.....TC09-78 and TC09-80. Due to the lack of a 3-D Block Image, it is very difficult to get an accurate picture and I can only make some assumptions from past information and knowledge. I hope that they improve this in the future and use the same or similar technology that WTM had. By the way, the WTM web site and office is no more, it closed down today. TC09-78 is still in progress.

Another thing, we are definitely waiting on three holes that were completed and illustrated as Timmins Gold Holes, which appear to be marked as TG09-175....TG09-179 and TC09-180 which were more than likely drilled from the Timmins Mine Property. Their target is unclear. I am hoping that they are all deep holes and have been drilled to a vertical depth of 1000 metres plus. Most of us are aware that LSG did spot a couple of drilling riggs on their property and were attempting to identify structure at depth, beyond the 650 metre level.

This leads us to believe that we are awaiting results in the short-term on a least 14 holes!

There is so much more to come, we are only in the early chapters of this story!

Not too long ago we were made aware of the "nugget" effect.

This "nugget" effect can also be causing a delay in regards to the interpretation of the assay results. It does create a problem.

Gold appears in both a vein system and in
nugget form.

Nuggets
cause the problem due to the fact that it is solid gold and is more like a chunk of gold rather than a vein system.

The problem, if we can call it that, is that being found as a nugget can really be a pain in the butt. It does not identify the real structure of the mineralization but tends to skew the results. The way to solve this problem is to get to the ore body and perform more closely spaced drilling and run a bulk sample. It is becoming more and more clear why the race to Thunder Creek is on
!

LSG has the resources to deal with this problem and will adjust accordingly in the interim.

Whether it is in a vein system or nugget form I really do not care...the gold is there and that is all that counts.

One more thing, nuggets demonstrate that the source was more than likely massive. They formed by breaking away and accumulating from a vein system or source and are a distinct characteristic of the major past and present producers in the East Timmins Camp. Great News! Think of prospectors panning cold in a river or creek, the motherlode is the source and they soon found it once they traced the nuggets back to the source.

The story is being written and we must be around to milk this baby for all it is worth!
