This trend can last as long as China keeps building infrastructure, which is to say, as long as the govt. is willing to throw money at the unemployment problem created by the western consumer hitting the wall at 1000MPH. Something like this was tried in Japan with nothing much to show for it (except well connected contractors making a bundle). Part of the reason their govt. changed recently has to do with dissatisfaction over that approach. Something for Chinese leaders to ponder...
