This is an amazing conversation between Sen. Lindsey Graham and Attorney
General Holder. I say amazing, because it catches the AG without a clue as
to how to answer such an obvious question, and without a clue as to the
impact this policy would have on our military when they capture a suspected
terrorist operative in a place like Afghanistan -- is he handled as an enemy
combatant, and interrogated for military information, or is he read his US
Constitutional "rights", given a lawyer, and permitted to refuse to answer
all questions?
