Like the bankers who have been underwitten by the taxpayers of the U.S. ... the more socialistic a country becomes the more government intervention required ... since the smartest people are not in government, those who understand the system make the most. One only needs to have watched 60 minutes last night to see how easy it has been to rip off medicare.
