A couple months back i did a piece on the US housing market and how it had 40% or so left to travel southwards. It landed me in the 300 club !!!

As a follow up i offer, that according to my US banker friend...we have seen the first 25 and it still looks softer.

In Canada we have not seen any movememnt like our southern neighbour, but volume is down....You can figure it out.
