Those messages may appear weird or funny but i strangely believe there's more to it then that and i won't elaborate on the subject any further as to avoid more contoversy and more... ennemies maybe .

Oh yea that's right a lower fiscality and easier access in gathering intelligence ... talented people , and maybe a vintage point of view to watch the competition from a higher elevation .

Of course it's only a point of view based on pure imagination , those hubs are open to everyone either for investment purposes or any other purposes , any individuals or... groups might have . So unintelligible messages are in the natural order of things for those who don't participate of the same purposes , interests , logics , or a particular sense of intelligence in understanding some aspects of the world .
