Top Ten Websites

We may not make much money, but we sure have a lot of fun!
As part of our overall commitment to helping each other navigate these stormy markets, I suggest we each post our top ten (or five or whatever) websites that we've found most useful in framing our views and actions. The sites should be free - no point posting Grant's Interest Rate Observer since most of us can't afford it - but if it's a pay site that's under say, $500/year, and has significant free content, then by all means include it. If it's national/market specific, don't be shy. We can certainly stand to broaden our perspective, and with modern electronic trading it's much easier now to invest in say, Singapore or Copenhagen than it was ten years ago.
OK, I'll go first :-)
I had a tough time deciding who made the cut, but sticking to the sites I visit most often, my top ten are:
Financial Sense Online - http://www.financialsense.com
I've been following Jim & John since they first started FSO. I never miss the weekend radio show, but beyond that FSO is a gateway to many other commentators and their services. A must-have resource for all serious investors.
Prudent Bear - Doug Noland's Credit Bubble Bulletin - http://www.prudentbear.com
Excellent weekly summary and commentary on global credit markets. I've been following Doug for 10 years now and his calls have been prophetic, to say the least. Other good articles there as well, but Doug's the main feature.
Great macro-economic coverage with special focus on China. Good readership feedback as well.
Inca Kola News - http://incakolanews.blogspot.com
This one will be familiar to former ARU-group members. Otto continues his excellent coverage of Latin America and now offers a pay service as well. I'm signed up, and can comfortably recommend the service. Cheap too!
Biiwii.com Technical Analysis & Commentary - http://www.biiwii.blogspot.com
Friend of Otto, and like the byline says: covering stocks/stock markets, precious metals, commodities, currencies & macro-economics. I'm relatively new to Gary's site but a regular now. Signing up for the pay service soon.
The Hightower Report - http://thehightowerreport.com
Good in-depth coverage of commodity markets. Even if you don't trade commodities, this is vital information for the related stocks and ETF's.
Resource Investor - http://www.resourceinvestor.com
Timely information on the resource sector - some good leads here.
The Oil Drum - http://www.theoildrum.com
Excellent coverage of the energy markets with particular focus on Peak Oil.
World Energy Source - http://worldenergysource.com
A subscription, or pay as you go site, but enough free content to make it worth the effort.
Mish's Global Economic Trend Analysis
Excellent rants on current financial and political insanity. Main focus is USA.
