hmmm,the author seems to have missed the biggest one -AVL on the TSX. I've read the Dines repost which seems to have kicked this move off and he only mentions Rare Elements and Avalon, along with two from Australia and a large cap trading in the states.

AVL was up 47cents or 65% to $1.19 on 2.5million shares and has the most attractive deposit of the bunch in my opinion. I've picked it as my horse. The market is starved for a story and I'm hoping this is it.
