It's hard to argue against caution these days and i still believe the market will be bearish for the long term , for around a couple of years maybe bu for the mont or two i think it will be bullish .

The main reason being all that money sitting aside right now most of it in treasury and just itching to get a way out .

Many people are desperate to recoup what they have lost , and for that reason they feel like they are caught between a rock and a hard place . Understandably the more they lost the more cautious they feel , yet the more they lost the more they fear to miss the market on it's way up.

Right now after we've been through so many bad news and red flags seeing the market still advancing they're starting to think that they're going to miss this train while they sit on the sideline .

Tomorow after the stress test results officialy out many of them will want to get in not with all they have of course but cautiously and some enterprises having problems with finacing will suddenly see frozen credit thaw .

I don't mean it will happen suddenly ,but gradualy , and i don't say the bear market is gone ,but this bullish part of the bear market is stonger then most think .

Another reason to consider is that a lot of money from stimulus has'nt come to bear on the economy yet and as it unfolds into concrete projects and subventions it will put upward pressure on stock prices .

It's hard to tell how all this will unfold but i think through ups and downs the next couple of months should see most markets gain for those reasons and then some correction should happen maybe this summer maybe next fall with the US budget .

Not to many will argue this bear market is over and i won't either , for all the reasons we mention about the deficit and the debt and the printing of money and the inflation and the shift of power and wealth towards Asia and maybe sometime in the future either this year or next some more crunches will happen either another big fall or a few successive falls , who knows ?

But in the short term about 2 months a think we'll see a rally 1000 or even 1500 pts. on the dow and TSX .. see u later have to go much to do .
