I seem to remember that a couple of years ago Exxon former president received a $300,000,000.00 bonus on retirement yes $300 million dollars US for saying good bye maybe that's part of that industry's problem .

The article is relevant but it sounds like a sales pitch for some more subventions or tax brake of some sort . I must be wrong about that !
