An interesting thesis. If I understand correctly what he is saying is that the dollar will split into the paper version and the electronic version. The paper version will remain strong and the electronic form will be shunned.

I respect his oppinion but I personally can not think of a single example where this has happened in history.
Fortunatly Dr Fekete also likes gold and silver so I think that would be my choice in his senario.
