Frustrated shareholders have got to get it out, it's healthy at times .

I believe there`s never been such a bad market as this one and all of us know this obviously , I think i read something a while ago about the world markets having lost some 40 or 45 trillion dollars over the last year, and if my memory does`nt fail me the source was former US Fed a. greenspan .

I eard sometime in december a trader saying the loss was around 60 trillion dollars , in any case the point is we`re in the worst economic downturn most of us alive have ever seen .

Most here are prolific readers and are aware of the depth of this crisis , even more so most here have lost big and we know our lost are not over `cause the future looks grim in many respect .

It`s very natural that temper flares and pessimism takes precedence , some i guess are going through very tough personal situations consequently to their losses . We fear, we rant, we kick and we punch and most of the time we look around and nobody`s there to take the blows, so we look for an easy target to get it out of our systems .

What a better and easier way then inflicting some damage anonymously to someone we don`t give a damn about .The internet is an easy way to do that either through a forum or through anonymous vandalism in the form of viruses or other cheap shots.

But let`s remember we are a small portion of the total amount of shareholders on most stocks, and the opinion we share are not so relevant on the fluctuation of prices, there`s a whole world out there and we`re a small part of it.

The information we share is more important then the opinions we contribute , in the end so many factors will intervene in the evolution of any stocks , as is the case in any of our lives, that our will to influence the course of action , or to contribute , whatever we think about our actions will play such a minor role compare to all the factors intervining.

So what some of us say on any given day won`t play such an important role in influencing the market, especialy if we take the time to reflect , analyse and look for more valuable information through such an incredible tool as the internet.

My own personal experience reminds me what an advantage we have now compare to the way things were done in a not so distant past . In 1987 on what some call black friday i got wiped out `cause i was light years away from the market through phone lines and written newspapers even though i was a agressive reader of all sorts of news and an even more agressive investors through option call yet a unsophisticated investor.

Life last but one short day and that`s today, one can only fight his way through trying to keep his cool in the face of inevitable destruction. take a look outside the window once in a while you might see the sun then go out and get some of your frustration hitting a punching bag or runningin the streets whatever refreshes your mind .

Don't expect another reply from me i'm gone running i just don't have a bag anymore, too bad.
