I tried and as expected, he wasn't available according to his answer machine.

So I left a message. I asked him why I continue to read acrimonious reports of inattention with the commission he works for.

I told him I was concerned as a Taxpayer that perhaps we weren't getting a Bang for our tax dollars from this Commission and if we are, could or would he try to assure me.

I told him unsavory comments about lack of concern to investor concerns were swirling around the Internet about him and could he convince me they were unfounded.

I wanted to ask him if he thought he earned in effort and productivity to concerned Investors benefits to what he was being paid.

It will be interesting to see if he responds but I'm sure my message cranks him a little.

These folks are like Apple Pickers and we are the Farmer employing them. If we pay them $20.00 per hour they should pick us $30.00 worth of Apples per hour so we can stay in Business.

I'll ask him that if he has the Kahoonaas to call.

You all should try him.. Investors deserve only the Best in protecting their money.
