All or None Option

Effective on Monday I believe, TD Waterhouse has decided to remove this option from investors. I am not sure if other institutions are doing this as well.

As far as I can see this only helps the market makers and TD Waterhouse in the form of more order flexibility and commissions. I have yet to hear back from them on this and I'm not holding my breath.

A couple things.

1. What is the gang's impression of this?

2. I'm seriously considering changing on-line brokerages....any opinions on who does the best job as far as speed, reserch, service, fees etc?

Thanks
