I personally don't think there will be a default this month but on a longer term basis the price disparity will have to be rectified.

Either

1./ The price of physical metal has to come down.

2./ The COMEX will loose all it metal to arbitrage.

3./ People will move their business else where to a market that it is not rigged.

2 & 3 are already happening.
