I think I prefer the Agoracom style of discussion and my observation is we have more people using it.
People like what they know, which is why you see more of them here than over there. It's a natural impulse to gravitate to what feels comfortable and familiar.
The danger is that you end up doing only what feels comfortable and familiar, rather than taking on new challenges which offer the potential for personal growth.
That, in a nutshell, is the human dilemma. We seek comfort and security, but we can't achieve them without taking some risks. Finding the right balance is what it's all about.
