DB...you're no turncoat so don't ever feel that way....this whole ARU mess caught all of us...I dropped big bucks ( to me anyway) on the belief that management of ARU was really trying to do something good.

To add to the screwing that the ARU board was doing to us we all got caught in the market meltdown which destroyed all the gold stocks....look at AEM, or GG or AUY...they all got killed...

The behind the scene crap that goes on in these deals is enough to get us all bent out of shape. We were dead when the first vote came in and almost all of the "so called" experts ( funds) bailed on ARU and tendered for Kinross. I was chastised for commenting that these funds really didn't care whether they held ARU or Kinross and would probably tender...this was back before the first vote was in....so be it..

We all got screwed....but life goes on...make the most of it...don't look back ...there is too many good things ahead of all of us..

A class action suit has been mentioned on the old ARU site...I hope there is one but I am not going to hold me breath.....if there is one we all will be able to participate......that is the nature of class action.. I personally have little faith in one being filed...only fearless is pushing it now and to my knowledge he bought all his ARU shares for pennies so he doesn't even have a loss.....hard to sue personally if you have no loss and can't show damages...
